Algorithm Competition Winter Camp 2019
This guideline serves as the facilitator of reconciliation during Algorithm Competition Winter Camp 2019. All participants, members, guests and inzva team members are obliged to follow the instructions stated in this guideline throughout the camp.
During your stay, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service will be provided; along with tea, coffee and snacks all day long.
We have prepared the menus according to the dietary preferences you have provided us within the forms.
If you want to eat or drink something that is not in the fixed menu that we have prepared, you can always order from the Demirane Restaurant, provided you pay for it yourself.
No food allowed from outside of the premises at anytime. We provide food from BEV Foundation’s restaurant. Even if you study at night, it is forbidden to order food from the outside because it would conflict with our daily schedule since everybody should have breakfast together at 8.00 am in the morning. On the other hand, you can shop from Marina Cafe in Kundura until 21:00.
We have arranged separate dormitories for our male and female guests.
Beds, pillows, and clean sheets will be waiting for you when you arrive. However, if you choose to do so, you can bring your own. There will be a washer and dryer in premises for your use.
Please bring your own towels, toiletries and hair dryer if needed.. There are 4 bathrooms and 4 showers ( 2 men & 2 women and 1 all-gender) and you can use in both locations.
You will also be provided a locker to keep your valuable belongings safe. Please keep them locked at all times as we will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen items. Note that you will not be able to put ALL of your belongings into a locker.
Smoking and alcohol are NOT allowed inside of the premises.
Drugs are absolutely forbidden.
Note that there will be an inzva team member around at all times. If you need anything you can ask for help.
We will have an ambulance available 24/7 in case of an emergency.
inzva space is located inside of Beykoz Kundura and is closed to the public.
Beykoz Kundura is also home to many Turkish movie production sets and celebrities as you will see when you get here. You are expected to respect their privacy and not to disturb them.
