Q1: When and where is the Algorithm Competition Programme?
A1: The programme will take place at Beykoz Kundura in Istanbul Turkey, starting on September 29 and ending at May 18.
Q2: How much will the programme cost for the participants?
A2: The programme is free of charge. Transportation and meals are provided by BEV.Foundation.
Q3: Who will be teaching the classes?
A3: The lectures will be given by knowledgeable members from the community, and every document will be checked by other members.
Q4: There are topics that I know about in the program. Do I have to join for those weeks?
A4: You can join any week you wish. However, we highly recommend you join all the contests. Additionally, for a certificate, you need %80 attendance.
Q5: How can I join the programme remotely?
A5: After you sign up, the document of every week will be delivered to you.
Q6: What happens if my attendance is lower than %80?
A6: You can keep attending the classes with low attendance. However, in such case, you will not get a certificate, have your name on the site or get endorsed on Linkedin.
Q7: Can I join even if I am not a university student?
A7: The programme is only for undergraduate students or those of higher education.
Q8: I am under 18. Can I attend?
A8: Unfortunately, the programme is not for those under the age of 18.
Q9: I do not know any programming language but I want to learn. Can I join?
A9: Unfortunately, you have to know at least one programming language to join the programme.
Q10: Will I be able to access the lectures online?
Q11: Can I join the Saturday contests online?
A11: Our contests are open to online participants. However, prizes and certificates are only for those present at inzva.
Q12: Can I just join the contests and not the lectures?
A12: Yes, you can. However, in such case, you will not get a certificate, have your name on the site or get endorsed on Linkedin.
Q13: Are we going to join the contests in teams?
A13: No, you will compete individually.
