Q: When and where is the Algorithm Program?
A: The program will take place at Beykoz Kundura in Istanbul, Turkey; starting on September 28 and ending on May 7.
Q: How much will the program cost for the participants?
A: The program is free of charge. Transportation and meals are provided by BEV.Foundation.
Q: Who will be teaching the classes?
A: The lectures will be given by knowledgeable members of the community, and every document will be checked by other members. If you would like to contribute to the community as an editor or a problem setter, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: There are topics in the program that I already know. Do I have to join for those weeks?
A: You can join them if you wish. However, we highly recommend you join all the contests as you need 70% attendance for a certificate.
Q: How can I join the program remotely?
A: After you sign up, the document of every week will be delivered to you
Q: What happens if my attendance is lower than 70%?
A: You can keep attending the classes with low attendance. However, you will not get a certificate, have your name on the website, or get endorsed on Linkedin.
Q: Can I join even if I am not a university student?
A:The programme is only for undergraduate students or those of higher education.
Q: I am under 18. Can I attend?
A: Unfortunately, the programme is not for those under the age of 18.
Q: I do not know any programming language but I want to learn. Can I join?
A: Unfortunately, you have to know at least one programming language to join the programme.
Q: Will I be able to access the lectures online?
Q: Can I join the Saturday contests online?
A: Our contests are open to online participants. However, prizes and certificates are only for those present at inzva.
Q: Can I just join the contests and not the lectures?
A: Yes, you can. However, you will not get a certificate, have your name on the site, or get endorsed on Linkedin.
Q: Are we going to join the contests in teams?
A: No, you will compete individually.
