Code of Conduct

All participants, guests and team members of inzva are required to abide by the following code of conduct. We will enforce this code throughout any activity, gatherings, workshops and camps regulated by inzva.

Be mindful of those around you. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. You are obliged to treat everyone with respect regardless of their gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion (or lack thereof), or other protected category. Any uncomfortable experience on the part of our participants will be taken seriously and responded immediately.

 We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY when it comes to harassment. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments towards person(s), deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Don’t be afraid to speak up. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member or mentor immediately. inzva team will be happy to help participants contact security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe. Our space includes a safe area for those under stress or in need of being alone.

Be responsible of your actions. We trust and expect everybody to be mindful of the event area, the environment, and our neighbors. Littering and abusive actions towards animals residing in the premises are not welcome.

 If you damage any property inside of the premises you are responsible for the replacement costs.

You are not allowed to smoke or drink alcohol indoors, but you are free to do so in open areas. Drugs are absolutely forbidden excluding ones for medical purposes.

Sexual language, imagery and nudity are not appropriate for any activities included in our event.

Be aware of restrictions within the premises. As a Beykoz Kundura policy, you are not allowed to order food here.

Some areas and venues at Beykoz Kundura are restricted for organisational and security reasons. Everybody is expected to follow instructions from inzva team members at all times and respect closed doors.

There is 24/7 security inside of the facilities. There is a lost-and-found cabinet in the space. In case of an incident of theft immediately inform an inzva team member. inzva does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

From time to time, we may have photographs taken at inzva. We reserve the right to use photographs to publish or promote on inzva website and our social media channels. If you appear in one of those photographs and want us to remove it, please notify us.

It is forbidden to use the infrastructures and the WiFi for any illegal activity including pornography and downloading copyrighted material.

Anybody who violates these rules may be banned from entering inzva ever again.
