Marketing and Sponsorship Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven part-time or full-time team member to support our sponsorship operations, manage our social media communications, and occasionally assist with operational tasks. If you're excited about working in a mission-driven, community-oriented environment, this role might be for you.




Who are we?

Inzva -  A tech community dedicated to artificial intelligence and algorithms based in Istanbul, supported by an education foundation. 

A non-profit project of the BEV Foundation, inzva was established in 2017 in Beykoz Kundura to create a community of talented computer science enthusiasts. Over the last 8 years, inzva has provided over 8000 students with the opportunity to improve themselves through study groups, projects, and camps that focus on algorithms and artificial intelligence completely free of charge. 

algoleague- supported by BEV Foundation, it is a competitive programming platform where algorithm enthusiasts of all levels practice their algorithmic thinking skills, and compete in contests both in teams and individually. 

Established in September 2021, algoleague has created more than 500 contests and more than 1300 algorithm problems with the support of its valuable as well as experienced team and community members.

Growing rapidly, algoleague has provided over 8000 participants with the opportunity to improve themselves through contests, completely free of charge.




Who are you?

  • Recent graduate, a third- or fourth-year bachelor's student or master's student

  • Up to 2 years of experience in social media, marketing, sponsorship, or related fields

  • Excellent at time management and meeting deadlines

  • A language enthusiast who is comfortable writing website content, and managing social media posts.

  • Able to understand the needs and challenges faced by NGOs

  • Interested in sponsorship management, business development, marketing and communication, and strategic partnerships

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Strong interest and commitment to help CS students achieve their goals,

  • Skilled at using Google Drive tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms)

  • Comfortable communicating both online and in person

  • A team member with a good sense of work ethic, humor, and fun

  • Flexible to occasionally work evenings/weekends or during events and camps

  • Open to staying in Beykoz Kundura during camp periods




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media

  • Plan and manage content across inzva’s and algoleague’s social media accounts (Instagram, X, LinkedIn).

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts using a content calendar.

  • Monitor performance using platform analytics and refine strategies accordingly.

  • Participate in weekly communication meetings and ensure timely delivery of social media content.




Sponsorship Processes

  • Research and identify potential sponsors (technology companies) aligned with algoleague and inzva’s mission and values.

  • Negotiate sponsorship deals to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

  • Organize and coordinate sponsor-related activities and events.

  • Develop and execute communication strategies to highlight the value of sponsorships and partnerships.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

  • Help with procurement processes and basic operational tasks when needed.
