inzva code of conduct
All participants, members, guests and inzva team members are required to agree to the following code of conduct.
We will enforce this code throughout any activity, gatherings, workshops and camps .
inzva is dedicated to providing a harassment-free coding experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices.
Sexual language, imagery and nudity are not appropriate for any activities including talks, workshops, parties, and other online media.
We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
Anybody who violates these rules may be banned from entering inzva ever again.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Anybody who is asked to stop any harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member or mentor immediately.
inzva team will be happy to help participants contact security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe.
We expect everyone to follow these rules at the every activity we have, including all co-created events.
We trust and expect everybody to be mindful of the coding area, the environment, and our neighbors.
Some areas and venues at Beykoz Kundura are restricted for organisational and security reasons.
Everybody is expected to follow instructions from inzva team members at all times and respect closed doors.
