All participants have to abide by our CODE OF CONDUCT  and LETTER OF CONSENT.

Code of Conduct

All participants, guests and team members of inzva are required to abide by the following code of conduct. We will enforce this code throughout any activity, gatherings, workshops and camps regulated by inzva.

Be mindful of those around you. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. You are obliged to treat everyone with respect regardless of their gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion (or lack thereof), or other protected category. Any uncomfortable experience on the part of our participants will be taken seriously and responded immediately.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY when it comes to harassment. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments towards person(s), deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Don’t be afraid to speak up. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member or mentor immediately. inzva team will be happy to help participants contact security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe. Our space includes a safe area for those under stress or in need of being alone.

Be responsible of your actions. We trust and expect everybody to be mindful of the event area, the environment, and our neighbors. Littering and abusive actions towards animals residing in the premises are not welcome.

If you damage any property inside of the premises you are responsible for the replacement costs.

You are not allowed to smoke or drink alcohol indoors, but you are free to smoke in specific areas. Drugs are absolutely forbidden excluding ones for medical purposes.

Sexual language, imagery and nudity are not appropriate for any activities included in our event.

Be aware of restrictions within the premises.

There is a lost-and-found cabinet in the space. In case of an incident of theft immediately inform an inzva team member. inzva does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

From time to time, we may have photographs taken at inzva. We reserve the right to use photographs to publish or promote on inzva website and our social media channels. If you appear in one of those photographs and want us to remove it, please notify us.

It is forbidden to use the infrastructures and the WiFi for any illegal activity including pornography and downloading copyrighted material.

Anybody who violates these rules may be banned from entering inzva ever again.

Letter of Consent

I accept, declare and guarantee that the photographs and videos taken of me at “inzva Project” under Birebir Eğitim Vakfı are in my knowledge and approval, involve my intentional participation, has been seen and approved by me, can be used in the written, printed and visual materials on online platforms and applications by BEV, are solely owned by BEV and not to be claimed ownership by me, can be used in any country in a limitless span of time with any purposes in the press, marketing and internet; and that I do not claim any right, payment or compensation for this approval.

Birebir Eğitim Vakfı bünyesinde gerçekleştirilen “inzva Projesi” kapsamında çekilen şahsımın görüntülendiği fotoğrafların ve videoların BEV’e ait internet sitelerinde ve uygulamalarda, yazılı, basılı ve görsel her neviden materyalde kullanılmak üzere bilgim ve onayım dahilinde çekildiğini; bu çekime bilerek ve isteyerek katıldığımı; çekilen fotoğraf ve görüntüleri gördüğümü ve onay verdiğimi; fotoğraflar ve videolar üzerindeki tek hak sahibinin Birebir Eğitim Vakfı olduğunu ve bu fotoğraflar ve videolar üzerinde hiçbir hak talebinde bulunmadığını; bu fotoğrafların ve videoların Birebir Eğitim Vakfı tarafından süresiz olarak her türlü araçla ve basın, tanıtım malzemeleri, internet ve her türlü mecrada ve tüm ülkelerde, tarafımı manevi olarak zarara uğratmayacak şekilde her türlü amaçla ve her şekilde yayınlanması için, süresiz şekilde kullanılabileceğine izin verdiğimi; bu izin karşılığında herhangi bir hak, ödeme ve ücret talep etmeyeceğimi kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederim.
