GPU Accounting Policy

All inzva GPU resources are for access by registered users only. Registered users are obliged to take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access through their inzva GPU account, and are forbidden to share their inzva GPU account(s) or credentials with unauthorized and/or unregistered persons. Every inzva GPU account grants access both to the credentials for FortiNet VPN Client and the assigned username and passwords for logging into the operating system of inzva GPU.

inzva GPU Usage Policy

Multiple users have access to inzva GPU computer. Therefore, please be aware that your actions can have unwanted consequences, which possibly affect other users on the system. If any misuse of the system is identified, the related accounts will be suspended and the responsible individuals will be blacklisted for all inzva programs.

The below-stated articles constitute a mutually agreed-upon framework for the fair and safe use of computing resources.

  1. The use of the inzva GPU is restricted for academic and research purposes, which will be held within the context of the related inzva program (i.e. AI Projects). Users are not allowed to use the resources for anything but aforementioned including but not limited to any commercial activities, consultancy services, or any other type of side or university projects as well as cryptocurrency mining.

  2. Users are responsible for using the inzva GPU resources in an efficient, effective, ethical, and lawful manner.

  3. Access to the inzva GPU is to be through a secure communication channel (e.g. ssh, scp, or sftp) to the machine. VPN access is mandatory to provide secure communication.

  4. If users notice any incidents of suspected malicious use, any kind of violation of the policies set by inzva within this document, or any computer security loopholes of the systems, they must contact and report immediately to inzva AI team.

  5. Account owners are not allowed to access any data or programs on the inzva GPU for which they do not have authorization or explicit consent of the owner of the data/program.

  6. Programs that reveal security weaknesses of the inzva GPU, or any other security programs, must not be downloaded, installed, or run by the users.

  7. Software to be installed on the inzva GPU must include a valid license (if applicable). Users must not install any software to the inzva GPU without proof of license eligibility.

  8. inzva reserves the right to monitor user’s activities, at will, and when deemed necessary. (Including but not limited to terminal command history, GPU usage details, login and log out times).

These policies will be reviewed and amended periodically.
