AI PROGRAM SPECIALIST (PART-TIME)
inzva is looking for a Program Specialist!
This is a part-time position for candidates who are interested in making an impact. Please beware that this is not a technical position but rather a community position.
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic AI Program Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping us facilitate the programs, maintaining relationships with our community members, joining and helping to organize events and programs.

Who are we?
A tech community dedicated to artificial intelligence and algorithms based in Istanbul, supported by an education foundation.
A non-profit project of BEV Foundation, inzva was established in 2017 in Beykoz Kundura to create a community of talented computer science enthusiasts. Over the last 7 years, inzva has provided over 8000 students with the opportunity to improve themselves through study groups, projects, and camps that focus on studies of algorithms and artificial intelligence studies completely free of charge.
inzva’s goal is to develop the tech community in Turkey with constant learners and thinkers who share their knowledge in a respectful manner and collaborate productively with other tech enthusiasts coming from various backgrounds.
Who are you?
Desires to contribute to the technology ecosystem in Turkey,
A people person with good English skills,
Self-driven and open to self-development,
Effective interpersonal communication skills,
Residing in or being willing to relocate to Istanbul,
Open to work on Saturdays,
Able to spend a minimum 10 hours per week, excluding the main events.
An individual with a passion for NGO work (Preference will be given to those with experience working at NGOs),
Team player with a good sense of work ethic, humor, and fun,
Your major is not a factor; however, a passion for technology, especially in the fields of technology and education, is a plus.

Main Responsibilities
Event Planning and Execution:
• Participate in planning and executing community events, meetups, and workshops.
• Participate in all stages of event management, including planning, implementation, reporting, organization, co-moderation, and follow-up communication with participants after each event.
• Collaborate with the AI team by attending weekly meetings to facilitate organization.
University Clubs Relationships:
• Facilitate relationships with university clubs by organizing and maintaining communication with them.
Community Engagement and Support:
• Actively engage with community members and Alumni through social media, Discord, and events.
